Rio Camp - hunters paradise and ultimate survival for pilots!

Hello hunters, hey ya all!
I am back again with some pictures and news. Flew hunters in and out of Rio Camp - Nyassa L1 game park. It is an extremely adventurous site in the middle of nowhere in the deepest bush in Mozambique. The camp is relatively small as they only have tents for one client and for the PH(professional hunters). The food is excellent, the kitchen cooks what the hunters shoot. We had Eland and Buffalo - that was one of the most delicious meat I ever tasted. And guess what there is even dessert in the wild desert out there, they bake cakes - very good ones!

I had a good time and meet very nice and interesting people.

Stayed in a small tent at the edge of the camp by myself and was able to listen to all sounds of the bush at night. Check the comfort level of the tent it even had hooks to hang up pilot shirt and shoes! ;-)

But watch out for those Tsetse-flies!

This is ultimate survival stage two! Ha

Enjoy,
Michael
